Designed a 2-storey dealership for Breadner Trailers in Cornwall, Ontario which includes full height showroom space, parts and accessories storage, sales area, a trailer Maintenance shop with 6 bays, and a dedicated employee area on the 2nd floor with open concept offices.

Ensured compliance with Building Code Part-3 for spatial separation, travel distance and exit requirements, Barrier Free accessibility and fire separation. Also, ensured compliance with SB-10 for energy efficiency requirements in the building envelope.
