Type & Location: Multi-storey residential development comprising four high-rise towers with shared amenities, Rajkot, India.

My Role: Architectural/Engineering Designer — technical design, permit and construction documentation, and design coordination support.

Key Scope:

• Prepared comprehensive construction drawing packages for a four-tower residential development totaling 200,000 ft².

• Developed detailed plans, sections, and façade drawings in alignment with the architectural concept and structural framework.

• Ensured compliance with local development control regulations, optimizing layout efficiency and service core design.

• Assisted in producing presentation drawings and 3D visuals for client and stakeholder reviews.

Planning & Code:

• Verified adherence to local zoning by-laws, building height and setback criteria, and fire safety and accessibility standards.

• Integrated structural and M/E service coordination to achieve efficient riser and utility layouts across all towers.

Coordination:

• Collaborated with structural engineers to resolve detailing conflicts and coordinate slab openings and façade junctions.

• Engaged with the client and contractors during documentation stages to ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness.
