Type & Location: Two boat storage buildings; concept planning.

My Role: Designer — concept site planning, massing, storage bay sizing and access.

Key Scope:

• Maximized storage density and access; prepared concept images for client/stakeholder review.

Planning & Code:

• Preliminary zoning checks (setbacks/coverage/height) and typical fire separation assumptions for storage occupancy.

Tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp/Twinmotion.

Outcome/Status: Proposed (2022).
