About me

I’m an Architectural Designer who also runs projects. I turn fuzzy goals into coordinated, buildable solutions—linking site development (subdivisions, SPC, zoning) with building design (OBC Part 3/9) and delivery (tendering, construction admin).

I lead multi-discipline projects —civil, structural, M/E, survey, geotech—keep clients aligned, manage budgets and timelines, and produce clean, constructible packages in Revit/AutoCAD.

My track record spans industrial, commercial, and residential work: site plans that actually function (vehicle tracking, grading interfaces), buildings that meet the brief and the code, and execution that reduces RFIs, changes, and delays.

In short: I’m the designer who can also coordinate, communicate, and get it built.
